2009 Change of Watch
On Saturday March 14, 2009, the Lake Charles Sail and Power Squadron had their annual Change of Watch at the Isle of Capri. More than 100 attendents made it the largest ever COW celebration. P/C Ben Garber initiated the event and turned over the bridge to Commander Irene Howse. Irene and the new bridge were sworn then the party started!
